Source & Acquisition

Every device we sell comes from trusted individual sellers, trade-in programmes, or verified bulk suppliers. We do not accept stolen devices — every IMEI is checked against blacklists before we accept a device into our inventory.

IMEI & Network Check

Before anything else, we verify the IMEI number to confirm the device is not reported stolen, locked to a carrier, or flagged in any database. Any device that fails this check is rejected immediately.

Physical Inspection

Our technicians inspect every surface under bright light — screen, glass, frame, ports, and buttons. We document every scratch, scuff, or mark. Nothing is hidden. This forms the basis of the condition grade.

Functional Testing

We run a full hardware test: touchscreen, all cameras (front and rear), speakers, microphone, charging port, all buttons, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile data, SIM tray, and biometrics (fingerprint/Face ID). Every function must work to pass.

Battery & Power Check

Each device is powered on and tested to confirm it holds a charge and functions normally. Where supported, battery health is checked and noted. Any device with significantly degraded battery life is either priced accordingly or the battery is replaced before listing.

Data Wipe & Factory Reset

Every device is fully wiped to factory settings using the manufacturer's official reset process. We verify that no personal data, accounts, or apps from the previous owner remain. The device is set up fresh, ready for you.

Cleaning & Packaging

The device is cleaned with appropriate screen-safe materials, ports are blown clear of debris, and the device is packaged securely with bubble wrap and a padded box for safe transit.

Photography & Listing

We use a combination of actual device photos and high-quality stock reference images to represent the item. Listings may feature a representative unit of the same model and condition — stock varies. The condition grade, specifications, and description are reviewed before going live.

A Brand New device is either factory-sealed (never opened) or opened only for inspection. It has never been used by a previous owner and comes in full retail or near-retail condition.

The best refurbished grade we offer. A device rated Excellent has been carefully inspected and shows virtually no signs of previous ownership. It performs exactly as a new device would.

A Good-grade device works perfectly in every way. It has visible signs of use — light scratches or scuffs — but nothing that affects performance or everyday use.

A Fair-grade device is 100% functional but shows clear signs of previous use. This grade is ideal for buyers who prioritise performance and value over appearance.
